A great opportunity for an HR Manager to join a growing SME business looking to expand their HR function. This role will play a key part in ensuring the HR services are streamlined, effective, and aligned with the business needs with a strong focus on process improvement, administrative efficiency, and HR Policy & Procedure implementation. This is a new role within the business reporting into the Business Directors.

What will you do as HR Manager?

* Provide HR support, guidance and advice to employees & senior managers / directors

* Implementing HR Policies & Procedures

* Employee relations, L & D, performance management & employee contracts

* Identify specific training & development programmes

* Implement annual performance appraisals, drafting all HR related letters and documentation

* Monitoring and managing performance / absence management frameworks?

What do you need as HR Manager?

* Minimum, CIPD Level 3 qualified

* Be able to mentor employees at all levels across the business

* Ability to drive change and improve efficiency within HR functions

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
