Hoop Professional Services are proud to be partnering exclusively with a well-established and highly respected organisation in South Wales. We're supporting our client with the recruitment of two exciting fixed-term opportunities for People and OD Partners:

1 x Part-Time (22.2 hours per week) - Contract until 31st March 2026

1 x Full-Time - Contract until 31st July 2026

These roles offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), enhanced annual leave entitlement, and flexible hybrid working, along with a range of additional benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking People professional to work closely with senior leaders across the business, delivering the full spectrum of HR and Organisational Development services. You'll play a key role in driving cultural and behavioural change while supporting critical transformation initiatives aligned to the organisation's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic direction

Develop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational objectives

Lead on workforce and succession planning

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union representatives

Advise on and manage complex employee relations matters

Champion performance improvement across the organisation

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Guide and support managers through change, engagement, and HR initiatives

Analyse and interpret MI data to inform decision-making and drive improvements

Support and facilitate leadership development and corporate training programmes

Line manage a HR Advisor and HR Assistant

Promote and embed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) in all practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner capacity

A track record of delivering successful change and transformation initiatives

Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and unions

A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach

Strong strategic and operational HR expertise

CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
