Description

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of property-related matters
• Draft and review legal documentation related to property transactions
• Negotiate property and lease agreements
• Conduct research on legal issues and keep up to date with changes in legislation
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Contribute to the firm's business development activities

Profile

A successful 'Real Estate Solicitor' should have:

• Qualification as a solicitor in Scotland & or England & Wales
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and property transactions
• Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Experience gained at a leading commercial firm / boutique practice
