HR Business Partner
Remote
3-month contract
£25 per hour


ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our housing clients with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner on an initial 3 month basis.

This is a remote position however travel to either London or Norwich one a month is required.


The Role:

* Build trusted, strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business.
* Provide strategic and day-to-day HR leadership to the business to help drive delivery of the HR Strategy.
* Provide up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates.
* Advise both the business and HR team on complex ER matters.
* Identify HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans.
* Understands the health and safety regulations relevant to your role.


Requirements:

* HR Business Partner experience ideally within the housing market
* Large scale change experience is a must.
* Good understanding of laws/practises
* Extensive knowledge working in a unionised environment.
