Job Title: Band 7 Formulary Pharmacist

Location: Milton Keynes

Duration: Ongoing

Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: September 2024 

End Date: Ongoing 

Rate of pay: £27 - £32 per hour dependant on experience. 

A Day in the Life of a Formulary Pharmacist

As a Band 7 Frailty Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of quality in terms of medicines optimisation and value for money through scrutiny of drug
formulary.

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist

Must have previous hospital experience!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Working hours and contract duration:

This position is Monday to Friday with the option of working 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
