Role:
A leading multi-billion dollar media organisation is seeking an Order to Cash Transformation Lead to spearhead a 6-month S4 Hana implementation project aimed at revolutionising their Order to Cash (OTC) processes within their European Shared Service Centre. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in finance and IT, coupled with expertise in business change management, ERP implementations, and OTC automation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the S4 Hana implementation project for OTC transformation.
- Champion the alignment of financial operations and technology infrastructure.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions, RPA, and data analytics to digitise OTC processes.
- Analyse existing OTC processes and identify areas for improvement through technology, automation, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to design and implement future-state OTC processes.
- Lead the business change management process to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Foster buy-in and alignment with transformation goals among key stakeholders.
- Deliver training and communication to ensure teams understand and adopt new processes, technologies, and roles.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to optimize ERP systems (e.g., S4 Hana) and other OTC-related tools.
- Integrate OTC processes into end-to-end supply chain automation.
- Identify and implement best-in-class tools and systems.
Experience:
- Proven experience leading OTC transformation projects globally.
- Experience of delivering ERP system implementations or optimisations (SAP a plus).
- Ability to manage resistance to change and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Results-driven, organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong background in SSC transformation relating to OTC processes.
- Proactive approach to communication, providing regular and detailed updates to help guide stakeholders through change.
