Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across various primary schools in St Leonards. Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
‍ Supporting students individually or in small groups.
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Managing behaviour and ensuring that all students are engaged and focused.
Adapting quickly to new environments and building relationships with students and staff.
Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable.
A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
️ Current DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
