Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
• Proven expertise in producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience in conducting site surveys, feasibility studies, and project coordination
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to support senior technicians in resolving technical issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Leadership in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring project compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Experience working on commercial projects
