The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a large business in Peterborough on a full time (37 hour working week), 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will see you working from home, with occasional travel to the office in Peterborough. Responsibilities:

• Registering, checking & gaining authorisation for accounts payable invoices
• Processing payments within agreed terms
• Actively work towards resolving problems and implementing solutions with external suppliers
• Prepare/maintain bulk invoicing splits and journal entries
• Produce accurate and periodic accounts payable reports providing appropriate audit trails to general ledger reporting, including input of departmental KPIs for the payables function

Requirements:

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Available for a start date within 1 week
• Experience on eBis desired
