We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our sales team and contributing to our overall success. Hours of this role can be set to suit and the business are open to the successful candidate working between 20-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media

* Conduct research to gather information about prospective clients and market trends

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, maintaining customer records, and processing orders

* Assist with customer enquiries

* Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

* Contribute to team goals by achieving individual sales targets and objectives

* Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years experience in sales

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational and time management abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential

* Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role

* Enthusiasm for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
