What We're Looking For

Qualifications: A recognized apprenticeship or equivalent certification (evidence required). Ideally, a BTEC or NVQ in Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an FMCG environment.
Technical Skills: Strong mixed skills in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance: Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced equipment, including robotics, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring high safety and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating with colleagues and management.
Growth: Stay current with new skills and technology advancements to support continuous improvement.
