We are seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to work in our partnership schools. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Assist students with their learning activities, ensuring they stay engaged and on task.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning materials as needed.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supervise students during break times and school activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
