Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start as soon as possible, dependent on notice on a full time, office based basis. The salary is negotiable dependent on experience (up to c.£40,000).

The ideal candidate will have a background in management accounting and be able to commute to Halesowen five days per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

* Working in a small team to produce management accounts for the Group (across five sets of accounts)

* Producing budgets and providing any variance analysis with commentary

* Managing all aspects of Management Accounting including balance sheet reconciliations, Profit & Loss, accruals and prepayments etc

* Providing detailed reports on financial position and presenting to senior management

* Performing month and year end tasks and liaising with external auditors to provide audit information

* Preparing and posting month end journals

Experience required:

* Background in management accounting and knowledge of all relevant functions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

* SAP experience preferred but not essential

Working hours:

* 37 hours per week

* Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
