Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to motor vehicle apprentices, up to Level 3 standard.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to motor vehicle apprentices.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and industry standards.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
- Support students in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
Requirements: - Relevant qualifications in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (minimum Level 3).
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed)
- Extensive experience in the motor vehicle industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
