Senior Accountant (IFRS16)London Retail £300 - £500 per day Altum consulting are delighted to be partnering with a multisite, retail organisation based in West London who are seeking a senior accountant to join their team on an interim basis. You will take ownership of the management accounting and forecasting relating to Property & IT costs across the UK&I as well as supporting the financial controller and other stakeholders to ensure accurate recording, reporting and forecasting.Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly/ Quarterly Reporting, ensuring accurate recording of Property, IT and assigned Head Office departments costs.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
• Preparation of KPI reports.
• Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Provide explanations for variances to budget, prior-year and prior forecasts.

You'll be/have:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
• Experience with Property accounting under IFRS 16 and IAS 17.
• Multisite industry experience.
• Available at short notice.
