My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Assembly Operative to join their Assembly Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble products to the company’s specifications, following defined processes & training
• Monitor the production process and carry out testing and quality checks
• Ensure products are to the correct tolerances and meet customer and internal standards and specifications
• Report product, design issues, or working environmental issues to management or directors
• Carry out autonomous maintenance of work areas
• Pack goods, with protective materials ready for shipment
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with Health, Safety and Environmental standards
• Manage components under quarantine
