Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective and existing clients

Understand client supply chain needs and present tailored logistics solutions

Create and follow up on quotes and proposals to secure new business

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Keep accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems

What we're looking for:

Sales experience in a customer-facing environment

Freight forwarding or logistics experience is highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in customer engagement, pricing, and negotiation

Organised, proactive, and results-driven

Experience managing key accounts is a plus
