Job Title: Key Account Hire Controller

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Job Type: 18 months FTC, with the potential to go permanent

Overview:

Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Hire Controller to join the Key Accounts team in Hemel Hempstead. You will be joining a leading provider of Plant Hire and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth whilst supporting the UK's Construction sector.

As a Hire Controller, you will be providing excellent customer service whilst off hiring plant and equipment to customers. As well as providing advice and guidance to Key Account customers to help ensure the correct equipment is hired.

What do I need?

* Strong planning and organizational skills.

* Basic knowledge of Plant Machinery / Equipment

* Ability to work well within a team

* Attention to detail

* Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

* Hiring / Off hiring plant equipment from Key Accounts and customers

* Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires

* Communicating with key account members via customer portal, email, and telephone

* Completing quotations

* Keeping Live Hire / Closed Hire files updated

* Providing excellent advice and guidance to ensure correct equipment is hired

Fixed term contract for 18 months, with the potential to go permanent.
