Salary: £13 Per Hour including Holiday Pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Headmaster’s diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Liaise with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Headmaster.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Assist with the planning and execution of school events and functions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Headmaster.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
