Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:45am-5pm; every other Friday off / 7:45am-12:15pm

The Sub-contractor Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient management of planned/reactive maintenance and minor projects at Harwell. Key responsibilities include reviewing Safe Systems of Work (SSoWs), scheduling contractor visits, ensuring compliance with security and health and safety protocols, and managing all project documentation.

Key Duties:

* Review and approve SSoWs, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.

* Schedule and supervise contractor visits, ensuring security clearance and access arrangements.

* Manage project planning, CDM compliance, and works control procedures.

* Monitor health and safety compliance and report incidents promptly.

* Oversee project changes, scope adjustments, and client approvals.
