We are currently assisting a reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a scheme in West London.

Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to £100million+.

Job role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + package (dependant on experience)

Duration: Permanent

Location: West London

Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

Providing commercial support to project team and maintaining commercial information.
Monitoring and measuring budget and preparing final accounts.
Identifying hazards that could affect the project.
Managing applications for payment from subcontractors.Senior Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills:

Strong communication skills.
Main contractor experience.
