The role:

Achieving department KPI’s in line with strategy and department targetsReviewing the category Weekly Sales and Stock Intake (WSSI), coordinating action to maximise profitability of the department and reduce risksContributing to range development and preparation and presentation of range sign offsLiaising with buyer to monitor product groups, determining pricing strategy and price pointEnsuring in-season activity delivers planned sales, margin and terminal stock targetsAnalysing competitors and trends to maximise profit

Who you are:

A Junior Merchandising with fashion experienceAn experienced AM looking to step into a JM roleGood presentation skillsHave high organisational skills and be able to multitask and prioritiseStrong numerical, analytical, and interpretive skillsFashion customer knowledgeStrong negotiation and influencing skillsCan maintain good relationships with Branch Merchandising, Design, Buying, Quality Assurance and SuppliersA collaborative team player
