CNC Turner - Programmer, Setter, Operator

Contek are recruiting for a CNC Turner to join a longstanding company in Maidstone. This position is open to Programmers, or Setter/Operators who would like the opportunity to train up and learn a new type of machining.

Responsibilities;

* Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Lathes with Fanuc

* Working to technical drawings

* Working independently or as part of a team

* Inspection of your own parts where needed

* Work efficiently to fulfil customer orders on time

Essential;

* Experience working in a machine shop on CNC lathes

* Apprenticeship served or a solid engineering foundation

* Happy to work shifts and overtime where needed

* Ability to learn and be open to the idea of development.

Hours of work;

2 shift pattern of mornings and afternoons

Week 1
06:00 - 14:00

Week 2
14:00 - 22:00
