Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing construction business as they look to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

About the Role:

As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing project financials and ensuring delivery within budget
• Overseeing contracts and subcontractor appointments
• Managing procurement, valuations, applications, and payments
• Leading contract reviews and supporting risk management
• Playing a key role in dispute resolution
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You:

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• A strong background within the construction sector
• Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
