As a result of company growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader to lead our freelance delivery team in both the business support and industrial markets.

Role Responsibilities:

* Working alongside our Business Development Manager in identifying new opportunities.

* Stakeholder engagement with our customer base

* Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving deliverables

* Management of the freelance department.
