Postal & Reprographics Supervisor

Full Time Contract (6 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Postal & Reprographics Supervisor in Redhill. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

Manage all aspects of the Post Room services and processes that support the core business operations

Supervising and making efficient use of resources available to meet the day-to-day Post Room demands from both external and all organisation departments

Sorting of overnight printing and undertaking any printing as and when required
Managing stationary stock levels, along with processing and distributing incoming stationary requests
Operation of various pieces of equipment including large format scanners, folding machine, photocopiers and general office equipmentThe candidate:

Postroom experience is essential (2 years minimum)
Management experience is essential
