Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) – £40,000 per annumLocation: Outskirts of BrandonHours: Day hours around 8.30am - 5.00pm (Early finish Friday)Full-Time (Part-Time Considered for the Right Candidate) A small yet well-established production company on the outskirts of Brandon is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with both mechanical and electrical experience who is also comfortable carrying out general site maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repairs – Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimise downtime.
• Fault Finding & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on equipment.
• Site Maintenance – Carry out general tasks around the site, ensuring the premises remain safe and operational.
• Contractor Management – Liaise with external contractors for forklift truck (FLT) and compressed air system breakdowns.
• Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Hands-on experience with production machinery maintenance.
• Willingness to undertake general site maintenance duties.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
• Ability to liaise with external contractors and service providers.
