NPD Manager.

c£50,000k - c£55,000.

Looking for an NPD Manager with a short shelf-life or chilled food manufacturing background. You'll be working on a heavily invested site with fairly new kitchens, a very inspiring line manager and a clear vision for their innovation pipeline.

Shift - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

The Candidate.

* The right candidate will be able to exemplify successful product launches within a chilled and/or fresh category.

* Ideally you will have gained your experience in a Food Manufacturing environment.

* Experience in the expectations of UK retailers is essential to this role. The business works with all the major retailers.

* Ideally you will be able to communicate cross functionally, analysing stage gate processes in line with customer and company expectations.

* A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude will certainly take you far within this business.

* Ideally you will have managed teams of technologists.

The Role.

* You will have responsibility of product launches from concept through to launch.

* Manage the gated NPD process.

* Develop teams of technologists and help them climb the ladder.

* There will be an expectation to keep up to date with all the current trends within your category.

* You will be collaborating with key stakeholders/head of departments to make sure all products that are developed are commercially viable.

* Working closely with the customers you will gain an understanding of their expectations and ensure best processes are delivered.

* Successful deliver on concept, creation, and development, working cross functionally.

* Role will report into the Group NPD Manager.
