£40,000 per annum + Overtime

PPMs and reactive maintenance on plant mechanical systems
Attending to emergency breakdowns
Servicing AHUs/FCUs
Servicing Boilers
Servicing Pumps
Maintaining Heat Exchangers
Maintenance on Calorifiers/Burners
Maintenance on Air Conditioning Systems
Carrying out fault finding and repair works across plant rooms, wards, operating theatres and across the general buildingRequirements

Min Level 2 plumbing & heating/mechanical engineering
Experience as mechanical technician in a hospital (desirable)
