Our client is looking for an Resident Team Memeber to join the team at a luxury residential development in Croydon.

Location: Croydon

Salary: £25-27,000 per annum

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week - 5 days out of every 7, including weekends. Shifts - 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm.

Job type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the smooth running of the front desk.
• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
• Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
• Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
• Assisting residents with day to day queries.
• Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
• Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
• Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
• Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in residential buildings is desirable.
