Project Manager - Specialist Fit-Out

Location: Wetherby, LS23

We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist design & fit-out contractor delivering high-quality environments for complex care settings. If you have a passion for project delivery, stakeholder management, and driving successful outcomes, this role is for you.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for:

* Overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution

* Managing budgets, costs, and risks effectively

* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

* Building strong client and supplier relationships

* Using Procore & SAP ByD for project tracking

What You'll Need

* 3+ years of project/Site management experience

* Experience leading cross-functional teams

* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of multi-trade environments

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus if you have:

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS / IOSH certification

* Procore experience
