Role: Fire & Security Engineering Operations Manager
Salary: £50k - 55k per year
Hours: Full time, Permanent (Monday - Friday)
Locations: Covering Northwest & up to Midlands

You will be required to oversee day-to-day activities within the organisation to ensure efficient and effective operations. You will be responsible for Surveys, managing parts & projects & various aspects of the business, including but not limited to general install surveys, Quality Control, day to day Fire engineers & contractors Management and assisting admin in planning works. You must have knowledge or experience within Fire & security industries.
Key attributes required for the role:
* Must have a minimum of 5 years management experience in the Fire & security Industry
* Must have worked within Fire & security Engineering
* Strong fire & security engineering background
* Ideally educated to Degree level within an engineering discipline
* Good understanding and knowledge of budget control
* Strong quality management skills
* A leader in engineering and technical service
* Excellent communication skills.
* High levels of Energy, Drive and Confidence
* An excellent leader and motivator
* Possess good customer service skills when engaging with customers and suppliers alike
* Hands on approach and not afraid to get your hands dirty
* A systematic approach to equipment preventative maintenance and yield efficiency mentality
* Good problem solver who can manage time critical, multiple events in a positive manner
* Works well under pressure
* Possess an Entrepreneurial spirit
The role is for a full time working hours & a good degree of flexibility required in regard to start and finish times. The salary for the role is between £50k and £55k Depending on Experience, with the role being advertised as Permanent.
