JT10 - Premises Assistant (Part Time - 20 Hours Per Week)

Location - Scunthorpe

Salary - £12,500 per annum 

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are recruiting for a Premises Assistant, to join an established multi academy trust based in Doncaster. Our client is interested in seeing ex-military candidates, but all candidates may apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Carrying out minor repairs to the property, fixtures, fittings and equipment
Key Holder and emergency point of contact
Operate and respond to alarms and emergency equipment
Responsible for heating and the day to day maintenance of  boilers
Minor grounds maintenance as required 
Read Gas, Electric and Water meters when required
