Shift Patterns and Pay Rates:

Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
Bank Holidays (Both Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour
Key Duties:

Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Supporting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
Promoting independence while fostering a friendly and supportive environment.
Adhering to personalised care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
Right to work in the UK.
A warm, empathetic approach to care.
Willingness to complete necessary compliance requirements.
