Fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Legal Executive or paralegal with around 12 months experience in civil or commercial litigation to join this well regarded regional practice based just outside of York.

You will work very closely with a Partner on a whole host of litigation matters covering property disputes, contentious probate, commercial litigation and negligence cases. It is essential that you have experience in at least one of these areas and understand the litigation process but training and support will be provided in the other areas.

You will quickly take on your own caseload of high quality litigation matters working closely with long standing clients but you will also be encouraged to develop new contacts.

In addition to having upwards of 12 months litigation experience it is essential that you have bags of initiative, are eager to learn and can demonstrate that you have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
