Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to join a vibrant educational community in Brighton. This position is available for an immediate start, and we have multiple vacancies to fill. We are seeking candidates with a passion for education and supporting students with special educational needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, providing support to diverse learners with special educational needs. 

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment within the classroom. 

Support the development of effective teaching materials and resources tailored to the needs of SEN students. 

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in the wider school community. 

Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students as needed. 

Help maintain classroom order and assist with administrative tasks. 

Requirements: 

Passion for education and supporting student development, especially those with special educational needs. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential
