The Role We are seeking a talented Real Estate Senior Associate to join our team in Birmingham. You’ll work on complex commercial development and strategic land projects across various sectors, including retail parks, mixed-use schemes, logistics/industrial warehousing and residential land assembly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading on commercial development and strategic land matters
• Collaborating with Partners to deliver exceptional service to major clients
• Contributing to business development and client relationships
• Supporting junior team members and mentoring them for growth

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5–10 years’ PQE in commercial Real Estate, with experience in development matters
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach to your work
• Ambition to drive growth within the firm
