Orchard Recruitment are working alongside a leading house builder that have a project in Sunderland.

They require a Finishing Manager to join the team as soon as possible for 6 months work.

Main aspect of the job will be organising site trades, creating snag lists and ensuring houses are ready for CML.

To apply you must have experience of working in the housing sector with in date CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications.

Pay £27.00 per hour
