Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm with 1-hour unpaid break

Salary: £Negotiable DOE

Are you confident with numbers and have strong administration skills? Do you have an interest in finance and a willingness to learn? You will work in a small team of friendly colleagues providing administrative support to the credit control process.

Who are we?

Duties:

* Keep the system updated with contact details and new/amended or deleted accounts

* Raising invoices and issue credit notes

* Manage and resolve emails

* Distribute copy invoices and statements.

* Log and reconcile customer queries

* Allocate additional emails as needed.

* Undertake varied tasks as assigned, showcasing flexibility and initiative

* Liaise with other departments to address account or invoice issues

* Assist with prompt collections through issuing statements, sending letters, making phone calls

Requirements

* Previous experience in finance roles.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

* High level of numeracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
