Paraplanner - Hybrid working

Location: Birmingham - Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 days from home after probation)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch)

About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm based in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional and friendly client support via phone, email, and in person.

* Conduct research and analysis to support financial advisers in delivering tailored financial plans.

* Prepare suitability reports, financial plans, and documentation for client recommendations.

* Analyse client data, including cash flow modelling and investment research.

* Handle complex client investments and liaise with third-party providers.

* Ensure compliance standards and maintain accurate records in line with company procedures.

Requirements:

* Prior paraplanning experience is essential.

* Working towards or holding the CII Financial Planning Diploma or Paraplanning Diploma is desirable.

* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

* Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
