Description

• Lead the EFX Trader Tools Development team in strategizing, developing and implementing trading tools.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of trading tools.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and fulfil trading tool requirements.
• Ensure the alignment of tool development with company's strategic objectives.
• Manage risk within the team, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation within the team.
• Deliver regular progress updates to senior management.
• Inspire and mentor team members to drive success in the Technology department.

Profile

A successful EFX Trader Tools Development Team Leader - Vice President should have:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Finance or Business.
• Expertise in .NET/C#, previous hands on experience in WPF essential. Scripting in JS/associated tech.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading successful teams.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to make sound Architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, conflict resolution.
• Working in a Front Office Bank environment is desirable but not required
