Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in principal contractor roles, particularly with racking and sprinkler systems.

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certifications are essential.

* Ideal qualifications include NEBOSH, IOSH, and Level 7 Construction Management.

* A demonstrated track record of managing sites with a large workforce (up to 50 individuals).
