We are recruiting support worker for children service. We currently have 3 location in Yeovil, Somerset.
Since it's for children service, we need a lot of legal documents including applicant's educational and professional history from the beginning. We also need references from all the care sector applicants worked previously.
Applicants have to submit the below documents and all the documents have to be legal.
1. DBS (Has to be on update service)
2. NI
3. Passport
4. Photo
5. Bank Statement (We also use it as a proof of address)
6. Right to work (BRP)
7. Training certificates
8. Professional references from all the previous care sector.
9. Residential address (Last 5 years)
10. COS (Certificate of Sponsorship) (If Have Any)
11. 1 name & number of any Family member or Friends for emergency contact
12. Practical experience in giving medication.
