Description

As Production Lead you will be tasked with the following;

  • Guide and monitor daily operations in the engineering & manufacturing department.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to increase efficiency in production processes.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of dedicated professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly review production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in the production area.

Profile

A successful Production Lead should have:

  • A degree or similar in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. (Not essential)
  • Proven leadership skills in an industrial / manufacturing setting.
  • IOSH is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of quality control and efficiency strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Job Offer
