We are looking for a Projector Coordinator to join our clients growing team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by managing key processes, including order processing, liaising with suppliers, coordinating deliveries and maintaining seamless communication between all parties.

Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Team with complex order processing, raising orders promptly and accurately
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials adhering to deadlines
Successfully solve any issues that could cause delays and impact completion dates
Schedule and oversee project timelines in collaboration with all departments and business contacts
Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers, internal teams and clients regarding project updates and queries.
Maintain detailed records of project progress and documentation on the CRM
Generate and review invoicesWhat we are looking for:

Proven experience in a similar project coordination or end to end order processing role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to prioritise responsibilities working to deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DOE

Location: Twyford

Contract: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday
