Here are some of the skills and attributes we are looking for in a Customer Success & Technical Support Manager:

Proven work experience as a Customer Success or Technical Support Manager, or in a similar customer care-oriented/sales-oriented role.
Experience with client onboarding is a bonus!
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid technical skills
Ability to think creatively and engage with senior management
Proactive, positive personality with great ideas
Excellent people skills and an active listener (crucial)
