Our client are a reputable M&E company seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their Fire and Security department in the Huddersfield area.

* Basics of £26,000 on offer
* Performance based bonus scheme
* 25 Days Holiday (pro rata) + Bank Holidays
* Flexible Working Pattern - 35 - 40 hours a week between hours of 8am - 5pm available
* Overtime Available

Responsibilities for a Service Administrator
* Liaise with customers to provide regular updates on the status of jobs
* Schedule and monitor the workload of Engineers around the UK
* Accurately log client requests and call outs
* Deal with incoming call and emails from clients, engineers, suppliers and sub-contractors
* Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors
* Ensure operational KPIs are met to ensure SLAs are achieved
