Are you a recent graduate with a passion for town planning? A leading independent planning consultancy is looking for a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their growing Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of planning projects in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, residential, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and leisure.

About the Role

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:

• Support senior colleagues in preparing planning applications, appeals, and appraisals.
• Conduct research and contribute to planning policy analysis.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.
• Prepare planning reports and development plan submissions.
• Gain experience managing planning processes while developing your skills in a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning (IPI or RTPI accredited).
• A strong interest in the Irish planning system and current planning policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in IT, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A full driving licence and access to a car is desirable but not essential.
