Kameo Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a Digital Media Manager (Paid Social) to join a creative agency in London. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to achieve exceptional client results. Your responsibilities will span across various digital channels, including paid social and programmatic display. With a predominant focus on paid social, you’ll navigate the entire marketing mix, emphasising Digital Performance conversion campaigns. You will collaborate with industry giants such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and DSP representatives to ensure the implementation of best-in-class campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office & 2 remote.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Digital Media Manager (Paid Social)

  • Plan and execute paid social and programmatic display campaigns, consistently delivering valuable client results.
  • Architect campaigns aligned with best practices and client objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, recommend optimisations, and implement.
  • Generate insight reports for clients, offering strategic feedback and insights from campaign activities and innovations.
  • Pave the way for new digital buying techniques, including modern paid social practices and measurement-focused bid strategies.
  • Continuously optimise media plans to ensure spending and performance align with clients’ monthly schedules and objectives.
  • Define and implement digital maturity roadmaps for clients across short and long-term timelines.
  • Assist the Digital Director in department-level decisions, implementing processes, and adopting new technologies for enhanced efficiency and performance.
  • Contribute to pitching for new business opportunities and exploring incremental commercial possibilities within existing clients.
  • Manage a Digital Account Executive and support senior employees.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction and of new team members, ensuring seamless integration into the company culture and processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support in alignment with company policies and procedures. This encompasses supervision, absence management, disciplinary and grievance proceedings, performance reviews, monthly one-on-one sessions, appraisals, feedback loops, recognition initiatives, goal-setting, and proactive involvement in training and development efforts.
  • Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance within your team. Encourage and equip direct reports with the necessary skills to excel in their roles, facilitating individual and collective growth.
  • Leverage your experience and expertise to contribute to the collective knowledge pool. Foster cross-team collaboration by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.
  • You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.

Requirements for this role:

  • A Degree in Marketing, Business or any other relevant degree which includes a marketing element is desirable but not essential.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint, are highly desirable.
  • Experience of hands-on, in-depth paid social activity
  • Proven experience in planning and executing paid social and/or programmatic display campaigns.
  • Proficient in managing budgets and forecasting performance across channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee all aspects of a paid media campaign, including keyword research/audience creation, copywriting, bidding, concept planning, search term analysis, and landing page optimisation.
  • Confident in utilising analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Campaign Manager, with a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments within paid social and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, measurement, and data visualisation solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and forecasting performance for various channels.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure to meet client needs.
  • Adaptable and capable of working efficiently to tight deadlines.
