* Comply with company policies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Skills and Experience:
* Strong communication skills with a polite and approachable manner.
* Prior customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams).
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
